From your first setup to your busiest days, here is what to expect.
- Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. Start by creating an account, or book a demo to discuss the workflows you want to evaluate and the setup your agency needs.
- Growth and Enterprise include worker compliance, invoicing, rate cards and the client portal. Starter covers shift planning, timesheets, approvals and the staff app. Compare the full feature list above before choosing.
- Starter includes self-serve onboarding. Growth and Enterprise include guided onboarding and migration, typically taking four to six weeks depending on agency size. This is the rollout timeline, separate from the 30-day trial offer. Book a demo to agree the setup and trial schedule for your agency.
- Right to work, DBS and training documents are tracked per worker with expiry dates. Your team reviews eligibility and compliance evidence. The service is hosted in London, and uploaded files are stored in the European Union, with role-based access and an audit trail. Data processing terms are part of every contract. See our Security and trust page for details.
- Approved timesheets, adjustments and invoices export to your payroll and accounting tools, and an open API is available for anything else. Integration names are confirmed during discovery.
- Email support on Starter, priority support on Growth, and a dedicated account manager with an SLA on Enterprise. All support is UK-based.
- Plans are limited by active workers, not by shifts or bookings. Matching and messaging run the same on a Monday morning as at 4 pm on a Friday.
