Agencies
See the agencies you work with and the details they hold for you.
The Agencies page (under Operations in the sidebar) lists the agencies that supply you. It's read-only — a reference for who you work with and how to reach them.
The list
Search with the Search agencies box. Your primary agency is listed first. The columns are:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Agency | The agency's name. |
| Location | Its city and country. |
| Payment terms | The terms agreed with that agency. |
Agency details
Click a row to open the agency's panel. It has two sections:
- Agency — the agency's address, phone, email, website, and time zone.
- Your details on file — what the agency has recorded about you: email, phone, mobile, and your billing and shipping addresses.
If anything under Your details on file is out of date, contact the agency to have it corrected — see Support.
