Dashboard
Your portal home — a greeting, at-a-glance stats, free-booking rewards, and your booking calendar.
The Dashboard is the portal's home page — it's what opens when you sign in, and the first link at the top of the left navigation. It greets you, sums up your week at a glance, shows your free-booking rewards, and gives you the month/week booking calendar all on one page.

The header
At the top you'll see a greeting — Good morning/afternoon/evening with your first name — and today's date with a one-line summary of how many shifts are lined up this week.
Two buttons sit on the right:
- Refresh — reloads the stats, rewards, and calendar.
- New booking — opens the booking request flow in a panel.
At-a-glance stats
Three cards summarise your bookings. They always reflect now — moving around the calendar below never changes them.
- Shifts this week — how many live shifts fall in the current week, with the week's date range beneath.
- Pending approval — how many of your requests are still waiting for your provider to confirm them.
- Hours covered in (month) — the total hours across this month's bookings, with the booking count beneath.
Free bookings
If your agency runs the free-booking scheme, a rewards card sits alongside the stats. It rewards you for booking direct — that is, without selecting an agency on the request.
The card is headed “Book N, get 1 free” (for example, book 10 and the next one is free) and shows a progress bar toward your next free-booking credit.
Tap the info button on the card for the full rules. In short:
- Only bookings made without selecting an agency count toward a free booking.
- A booking counts once its timesheet has been approved — bookings still awaiting approval show as provisional progress and are flagged as “in progress”.
- Every N qualifying bookings earns one free-booking credit.
- Redeem credits when you create a booking — tick Use a free booking credit on the request (see Create a booking).
- Cancel a free booking and the credit comes back to your balance.
When you have credits ready to spend, or a run of consecutive weeks with a booking, the card shows a free booking ready chip and a week-streak chip.
If your agency doesn't run the scheme, the rewards card simply doesn't appear and the stat cards spread to fill the space.
Your booking calendar
Below the stats is your booking calendar — the same month/week grid, chips, and day view described in Calendar. Click any empty future day to raise a booking for it.
