Bookings, shifts, and timesheets

For anything about your bookings, shifts, timesheets, or staff, contact the agency that supplies you — they manage your schedule and are best placed to help. You'll find their contact details on the Agencies page.

Technical support

Trouble signing in or using the portal itself? Reach the Bitmosys Portal team — the Support page lists an email address and a phone number, both clickable, and the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
