Preferences
Regional formats and appearance — compact mode and text size.
Open Settings from the sidebar (under the Settings app area) and choose the Preferences tab to set how dates and times are shown, and how tightly the portal is laid out.
Regional preferences
Preference | Options |

| Locale | English (UK) or English (US). |
| Time zone | Any world time zone — search the full list (e.g. Europe/London, America/New York). All times in the portal are displayed in your chosen zone. |
| Date format | Shown as live samples, e.g. 31/12/2026, 12/31/2026, 2026-12-31, 31 Dec 2026. |
| Time format | 24 hour or 12 hour. |
A Preview below the fields shows a sample date, time, and date & time in your chosen formats as you change them.

Appearance
Preference | Options |
|---|---|
| Compact mode | On or off. Tightens the spacing between fields, rows and sections so more fits on screen at once — control and text sizes stay the same either way. |
| Text size | Small, Medium (default), or Large. Changes preview immediately; click Save to keep them. |
Read-only fields across the portal — in list detail panels, record pages and forms — show as plain text with a thin underline, rather than an editable box.
