Product & Service overview
The catalogue of services, pricing modifiers, and versioned rate cards.
Product & Service is where you define what your agency sells and what it costs: the services you staff, the modifiers that adjust prices (weekends, bank holidays, short notice), and the rate cards that put the two together into versioned price lists per client.
Open Product & Service from the sidebar (under the Services group). The page has three tabs — the active tab is kept in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a link straight to a tab:

| Rate cards | Versioned price lists. Only one version is active at a time; changes are made in a draft, never on the active card. |

How the three fit together
- Services are your building blocks — each has a name, a category (industry sector), and a base rate per hour.
- Modifiers describe when a price should change (e.g. "shift falls on a weekend") — but not by how much.
- A rate card picks a set of services, attaches modifiers, and gives each modifier a formula (e.g. Base × 1.5). The result is a full price matrix. You apply the card to clients, and when several modifiers match one booking, the one producing the highest rate on that card applies.
Because rate cards are versioned, prices already used on invoices are never edited in place — you duplicate a card to a new draft, change it, and schedule it to take over.
